La Surrauto vi invita alla Fiera del Porro di Cervere

Il grande giorno è arrivato. Sabato 9 novembre nel padiglione del Mercato dei porri si inaugura la 40ª Fiera del porro Cervere, manifestazione che animerà la piazza di Cervere fino al 24 novembre.
Due settimane di spettacoli, divertimenti, appuntamenti gastronomici all’insegna del prodotto tipico che ha reso noto il nome di Cervere portandolo nei menu dei più famosi chef del mondo.
Uno dei momenti più attesi di questo pomeriggio è l’assegnazione del porro d’oro, un importante riconoscimento che il paese consegna a personalità che si sono contraddistinte con le proprie azioni per la valorizzazione del territorio. Quest’anno va alla memoria di Gianfranco (Franco) Surra (1944-2004), che è stato presidente e attivissimo volontario della Pro loco con Aldo Milano e Teresa Rinero e molti altri cerveresi. Attesissima anche la proiezione del film “Cattedra del contadino. La storia del porro Cervere” girato da Davide Sordella avvalendosi di un cast tutto “made in Cervere”.
